Amenities Provided: All bedding, towels, and kitchen linens are included.

Travel Cot and High Chair: Upon request, we can provide a travel cot and high chair (please bring your own cot bedding).

Neighborly Respect: Guests must observe due respect and consideration for neighbors at all times.

Property Details Accuracy: While we provide property descriptions and details on our website in good faith, their accuracy cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to amend property details and internet prices due to errors or omissions. In such cases, potential guests will be promptly notified, and they may cancel their provisional booking accordingly.

Utility Services and Interruptions: We cannot be held responsible for third-party breakdowns, malfunctions, or utility service interruptions (electricity, water, sewage). However, we will make every effort to address any issues that arise. Television and telecommunications services (mobile reception, Wi-Fi, telephone) are also subject to potential interruptions, especially in rural areas. While we expect these services to operate normally, no refunds or relocations will be considered for such interruptions.
